Our idea is that our homes will be efficient and affordable to live in while going a step further than the usual in conserving our local environment.

We have a number of overall design features which enhance the natural views and feeling of Nature Lover's Homes, such as DC lighting along walkways, a central parking area, and on-site facilities for disposing of recyclable items. Each home will have a well with piped running water to provide water for the house.

We encourage our home owners to consider creating a home that has more environmentally-friendly features. The possibilities include enhanced insulation in walls and ceilings, solar-powered or assisted hot water heaters, solar-powered or assisted electrical systems.
