A Nature Lover's Home is an attractive, green concept designed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home (tub and shower), within our 20 rai (8 acres), in a most picturesque part of Northern Thailand. There are hills, streams, canals, ponds, and forest right outside your door. Relax and know your home was built with quality materials and excellent craftsmanship. While not everyone can afford a second home in the mountains, owning a Nature Lover's Home in Northern Thailand comes within most people's reach.

I'm Tired of Renting --- How Can I Purchase My Own Nature Lover's Home?

Rental properties in the Chiang Mai city or its suburbs continue to increase in price. Renting a property can cost from a few hundred dollars to a few thousand dollars each month! Living in a Nature Lover's Home may cost as little as $500 per month! Each home is valued from a minimum of $80,000 USD at this prime location. One of 56 selections within this website could be yours.

Each home will require a 60% deposit prior to beginning construction. All construction will be complete and your Nature Lover's Home will be ready for you within six to nine months of your purchase. (*Note: There are only ten home sites available and at this moment, they are on a firstcome, first-served basis.) Your Nature Lover's Home will be deeded to you and the land will be on a long-term lease. (All details written into your contract.) The development will be completed in three phases as will be discussed upon request.

This is YOUR HOME. You can use it whenever you like, you may offer it to friends and family whenever you like, and if you choose, we can rent your unit under our rental management program so that you will earn rental income without the headache of managing your rental unit! The rental income is yours to keep as per the rental management program agreement.
